ELECTRIC MOTORS FOR LIFTING MECHANISMS AND GARAGE EQUIPMENT

The electric motors from this category are designed for motion of different lifting mechanisms used in garages and car repair stations. They are characterized with high torque qualities, simple design, and reliability. The joining dimensions are customized according to the client's preferences.

 

LIFTING THREE-PHASE INDUCTION ELECTRIC MOTORS

The lifting three-phase induction electric motors are designed for application in the main motion of rope and chain hoists.

Their brake is electromagnetic with DC supply voltage, non-adjustable.

They can be manufactured with different types of mounting, depending on the mechanisms they are to be applied in.

Also available versions – with independent (permanently connected) cooling.

 

General characteristics

  • Shaft height of rotation in mm – 90, 100, 112, 132, 160
  • Power – from 1.1 kW up to 15 kW depending on the speed of the motor
  • Poles – 2, 4, 6, 8/2, 12/4
  • Synchronous revolutions min-1 – 3000, 1500, 1000, 500, 750/3000, 500/1500
  • Supply voltage – 127V up to 400V at Δ connection and 220V up to 690V at Υ connection
  • Supply frequency – 50Hz and 60 Hz
  • DC voltage to the coil of the brake – 0.45 Un
  • Degree of protection
    • to the motor – IP54, IP55
    • to the brake – IP40
  • Class of insulation – F standard, possible H – on request
  • Ambient temperature – up to 40ºC standard; possible -40 ºC or +50 ºC at special mounting

Technical characteristics and drawings

The electric motor is without housing.

The bearing shields are made of aluminum or cast iron.

Front bearing

- 6206 2Z - when cylindrical driving shaft end

- 6007 2Z – when the shaft is with grooves type “J” DIN 7868

 

Rear bearing

- 6204 2Z - AT 80 BB4, AT 80 BX4, AT 90 LA4, AT 90 LB4, AT 90 LX4, AT 90 LZ4

- 6205 2Z - AT 100 LB6, AT 100 LX4

 

In the front bearing, a spring 62b is mounted.

The cage rotor has no fan.

The electric motors can be manufactured in two ways:

• cylindrical shaft - 28 x 74 with a key – index CS next to the name of the motor

• shaft with grooves type “J” DIN 7868- Index RS next to the name of the motor

The joining dimensions of the flange can be 3 x M8 of 120o or 4 x M8 at 90o and are produced on customer's request.
